About Lexi Burt
My StoryEleven years to a diagnosis —
and everything I learned along the way
I've lived with endometriosis pain since my very first period. For eleven years, I moved through the medical system searching for an answer — appointment after appointment, test after test, being told my labs looked "normal" while I knew, in my body, that something wasn't.
I was eventually diagnosed and had surgery — but getting there meant learning how to advocate for myself, how to ask the right questions, and how to navigate a system that isn't always built to listen to women in pain. That eleven-year journey is the reason this work exists. I don't want anyone else to have to fight that hard, or wait that long, to be believed.
Today, I bring that lived experience together with clinical training to help other women get answers faster than I did — through fertility awareness, evidence-based advocacy, and knowing exactly which doors to knock on.
